We operate our Pool Hall in the same building where the Original Pool Hall was . Back in the early 1900’s, Elite Billiards was housed here. It had many owners over the years, including the Pecks and the Shipman’s.  After it was sold in the late 1980’s, it became a restaurant spot. Many restaurants operated out of here, a few were Mexican, and there was at least one café. A couple well known bars were in the basement, Cascade Lounge came first followed by Stonewall. In 2012 we bought the place, rich with history, and opened Ila, a casual spot, with delicious food! In 2021, we closed Ila down and restructured the building back to its original purpose, and Mad Hatter Billiards was created. 

Our intent is to bring the back one of the most memorable gathering spots in Fairfield’s history. We’ve decked the place out with 5 Diamond Pool Tables, The Best on the market, restored the original bar, and kept some pretty great food on the menu. Come on in and Check us Out!
